HandyHawk Property is for landlords and property managers with 2–5 properties who need reliability they can depend on — not a different handyman every time. You get a dedicated contact, guaranteed quotes within 24 hours, and a team that knows your properties. This is the plan most of our Property tier customers say they wish existed years ago.

Same-day is available when the schedule has capacity. We don't limit legitimate use — but we reserve the right to address clear abuse. In practice, it's never been an issue with real members.
Discounts don't stack. Your membership discount applies automatically to every job. If there's ever a promotion that beats 10%, we apply whichever is better for you.
